The kiln body is round in shape, with an effective height of about 27 meters, effective inside diameter of 6-8Mmeters. The outermost
layer of kiln body is steel structure kiln shell, bricked with thermal insulation materials inside. Many thermocouples are separately installed on the kiln body at different heights to measure the temperature in different areas of the kiln for timely adjustment. Kiln bottom devices are installed in the kiln bottom, including the patent technology "computer probabilistic simulation wind cap" to ensure an even supply of combustion-supporting air in the cross section of the kiln, and also an ash discharge to guarantee the even discharging of finished lime product.

2. PLC control system is equipped for furnace operation.
New energy-saving environmental-friendly intelligent composite firing shaft kiln system adopts advanced frequency conversion technology, and use upper computer combined with PLC operating system.
It realized the full automatic method in the process of feeding, mixing, calcination, ash discharging, which has greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers and improved the calcination quality of the lime.
The calcination principle of composite firing shaft kiln is: mix the solid fuel (coke or anthracite) with qualified stone evenly, use rotary discharging device equipped on kiln roof to discharge the mixture into the kiln, then under its own gravity the mixture proceeds through preheating area, calcining area, cooling area, and finally calcined into qualified finished lime product. In calcining area, the heat produced by the coke and anthracite of the preheated mixture and the kiln bottom blasted secondary air which has been used to preheat the cold lime has made the temperature to reach up to 950 ~ 1200 °C, thus to complete lime calcination. Due to the add of auxiliary combustion-supporting duct, the temperature at each point is uniform, which ensures the even temperature of the kiln body.
